Customized Training Plans for You and Your Dog
Our Board and Train curriculum goes beyond teaching commands. We focus on your dogs physical Fufillment, emotional regulation, communication and ability to make better choices in real life situations. Each program is personalized to the dog, with intensive owner education and continued support to help create lasting results at home.
Program Overview
Week 1: Decompression, Relationship & Foundations
- Behavioral and temperament assessment
- Decompression and adjustment to the new environment
- Building trust through calm, structured interactions
- Establishing a healthy daily routine
- Structured walks and appropriate physical exercise
- Leash communication and spatial awareness
- Introduction to place, crate, recall, and threshold work
- Addressing stress, anxiety, fear, frustration, or overexcitement
Week 2: Communication, Boundaries & Real-Life Skills
- Strengthening leash skills and engagement
- Reliable recall with gradually increasing distractions
- Place command with duration
- Calm behavior around doors, food, guests, and other dogs
- Impulse control and emotional regulation
- Neutrality in public environments
- Appropriate socialization based on the dog’s individual needs
- Introduction and proper conditioning to selected training tools
Week 3 & 4 Reliability, Exposure & Transition Home
- Practicing skills in increasingly challenging environments
- Structured public outings
- Distraction-proofing learned behaviors
- Addressing the dog’s specific behavioral concerns
- Preparing routines and boundaries for the home
- Filming personalized training demonstrations
- Creating an individualized maintenance plan
- Preparing the dog and owner for the transition home
Primal Package
4 Week minimum Boarding & Training $5,600
- Three consecutive days of in-home transition training
- Hands-on coaching for every household member
- Guidance on exercise, routines, boundaries, and reinforcement
- All necessary training tools included
- Virtual access to personalized training videos for continued study
- Written maintenance and follow-up plan
- Continued support after program completion
Our Mission
With over a decade of experience in dog rehabilitation and owner coaching, Arianna (Owner & Founder) has identified a minimum stay of 4 weeks as essential for achieving significant behavioral changes. This timeframe allows dogs to unlearn negative habits, establish new positive behaviors, and gives owners the necessary time to absorb and effectively apply the information in real-world situations with their specific dog.
